Frequently Asked Questions
- Are there any limits?
- Nope. Unlimited users. Unlimited parallelism. That's the beauty of prepaid credits.
- Do I need to configure access to an OCI registry?
- It depends. You can restore public snapshots maintained by Test Propeller without setting up access to an OCI registry. To run private container images you'll need to configure access to your OCI registry. You can snapshot a container without an OCI registry, but to share that snapshot with other agents your organization you'll need to configure access to your OCI registry.
- What happens when my credits run out?
- After a short synchronization delay, your API keys will deactivate. You'll no longer be able to run containers, snapshot containers, and restore snapshots. You'll still be able to stop containers and delete snapshots. Test Propeller credits are prepaid, so you won't incur runaway overage fees leading to suprise bills.
- How do I ensure I don't run out of credits?
- Subscribe to a plan that has enough included monthly credits for your typical usage. Buy top-up credits in advance to cover for months with abnormally high usage. Keep an eye on your remaining credits in the Test Propeller dashboard or with the
tp credit ls CLI command. You'll be notified by email when your credits are running low. - What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept credit cards, debit cards, digital wallets, bank redirects, and bank transfers. Prices are in USD and you'll be billed in your local currency.
- What's the refund policy?
- Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase. A full refund may be granted if none of the credits have been used. A partial refund may be granted if a small portion of the credits have been used, at our discretion. Contact us to discuss refund options.
